"Bored silly"? Never! I'm just reading this post AFTER my email to you. Woo hoo! for doing so much to honor your mind, body and spirit. You are a true inspiration to me, Katie. I'm blessed to know you... Big hugs, Shari

So glad you are feeling better!!! I was very worried about you. I was sad to miss your doll class...but with snow in the forecast for this weekend I can breath a sigh of relief that I won't have to make the commute. It always works out for the best. All my best to you!

Maija Lepore

I love knowing how you are! Keep it coming!

Can I be you when I grow up? This is a brilliant post, katie. It opens my heart.

Katie,
I'm SO glad to hear you are doing better! SO glad! There is so much I could say in reply to this post but I will let my thoughts rest and just say "yes. yes." Thoughts of service. This is EXACTLY where my heart has been of late (though it's really been there all along but I've become more aware of it recently). Service and all it's opportunity.
Blessings to you.

Oh, I'm soooo glad to hear you're on the mend! And all the changes in diet/etc. are surely good ones.

I'm trying (not too successfully, right now) to make some of the same kinds of healthy changes. Your words have inspired me to keep trying!

Dearest Katie, I'm so glad to hear that you are on the mend. It's hard to be good to ourselves and to do what is right, and yet it is so dearly important I look forward to seeing you at Art Unraveled. Blessings, Fran

I love you Miss Katie! We are on the same path...though you seem to be some steps ahead of me, that is great, because I can just follow your light if I get lost.

Diet is remarkably powerful, isn't it? It's a great starting point back to center. Funny how often I forget that the body, mind and spirit are connected! :-)

I can't wait to see what you find along your path.

" I slept and dreamt that life was joy . . . I awoke and saw that life was service . . . I acted and behold service was joy"

~Rabindranath Tagore.

At Judy's suggestion I came to read and I am glad I did. Service is a gift of awareness we receive and one that without would make all our efforts to give back for naught. Be well, life is a beautiful thing to hold in the palm of one's hand.

Katie, what a light-hearted, full of energy post. I've had health issues in the past and I know what it is like to "come on through to the other side," and you expressed that transition beautifully. Isn't it amazing how we get clarity about how to live by going through sick or dark times?
