if i lived near by i would help you sort, and sift and
spin a few yarns.
(stories, yes, stories and laughter we would generously share)
revealing our hearts,
and suddenly
your floor.

I especially love the bin of lace and embroidery -- I have such a soft spot for all of that. If it's any consolation, I'm usually amazed when my floor appears!

Jennifer White

Okay, so you have a lot of stuff...and at any time when you're able to open up a spot on the floor in this type of scenario I see it as a COMPLETE SUCCESS!

So....congratulations at getting this far...I am also the type of person though, who cannot work in a spotless, everything is in it's right spot type of environment... drives me crazy.

Once I can get over my envy of your ginormous studio, I will be able to tell you it looks amazing!! That all your piles of sorted sweaters and doodads is a feast, indeed. I love that you are enjoying that bliss that is "getting organized". It's a yummy feeling indeed. Wish I could come help with the last push!!

Oooo, this is a room I could spend DAYS in just absorbing all the colors and textures. How rich. I love it. Hope you don't overorganize, or it will look "too clean".

Marie

Wow, you have been busy. I know you will enjoy the freedom the floorspace and extra room will offer. xoxox

nina

This reminds me of my art closet at work... so much stuff! Good luck and I look forward to seeing your progression! Roxanne

Oh Thank god! My studio looks the same and floor space can be measured in inches most of the time. If a cat enters the room, I'm sunk! ha!
